Job summary

Fluke | PTT in Wroclaw, Poland is seeking an HR Operations & HCP Intern for a 6-month mandate. The role is hybrid and reports to Natalia Bando.

You will support onboarding, HR documentation, data administration, and help keep HR records up to date while learning in an international environment.

We welcome current students in HR or related fields, with Polish and English fluency, and Microsoft Office skills; prior admin experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Current Bachelor's or Master's student in HR, psychology, business, management, or law.
• Fluency in Polish and English, written and spoken.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Availability to work under a contract of mandate for 6 months.
• Administrative, internship, student org, or customer support experience welcomed but not required.

Responsibilities

• Support HR operations and HCP activities across the employee lifecycle.
• Maintain HR records and ensure data accuracy in HR systems.
• Assist with HR reporting, data tracking and compliance activities.
• Coordinate administrative elements of employee programs and trainings.
• Provide day-to-day support to employees and HR colleagues.
