Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in HR, Psychology, Business Admin, Management, Law, or related field.
• Fluency in Polish and English, both written and spoken.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Availability to work under a contract of mandate for 6 months.

Responsibilities

• Support HR Operations and HCP activities across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, HR documentation, and data administration.
• Maintain HR records and ensure employee information in HR systems is accurate.
• Assist with HR reporting, data tracking, and administrative support for compliance tasks.
• Coordinate administrative elements of employee programs, training activities, and internal HR processes.
