Job summary

Danish Crown Global Business Services (GBS) in Krakow is seeking an HR Operations Coordinator to support local HR processes with accuracy and efficiency.

You will enter and maintain employee master data in our HR information system, process transactions (hirings, changes, terminations) and generate required documents while ensuring data quality and compliance with GDPR. The role offers a flexible 50/50 hybrid work arrangement and collaboration with regional HR teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration or related discipline.
• 1 year experience in an HR field.
• Preferable experience with SAP SuccessFactors and ServiceNow.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Very good English (min B2).

Responsibilities

• Enter and maintain employee master data in the HR information system.
• Process HR transactions (hirings, changes, terminations, data updates).
• Validate data for completeness and accuracy and raise discrepancies.
• Maintain employee files and archives (digital).
• Deliver high-quality customer service and meet SLA requirements.
