Danish Crown Group is seeking a Payroll Specialist for our Krakow GBS to support end-to-end Danish payroll processing. You will ensure data accuracy, handle payroll inputs, and collaborate with HR and finance teams across borders.

You will support transition activities to the GBS model, maintain compliance with relevant agreements and legislation, and continuously improve payroll processes while delivering high service quality to internal stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
• Professional payroll qualifications or certifications are a plus.

Responsabilités

• Support end-to-end monthly payroll processing for employees, including Denmark.
• Administer payroll data, including overtime, allowances, bonuses, absences, and reimbursements.
• Maintain payroll-related employee data in HR and payroll systems.
• Investigate, resolve, and communicate payroll discrepancies and inquiries.
