Job summary

Siemens Energy is seeking a Global Process Expert to define and govern a global Knowledge & Document Management framework for HR. The role ensures consistent standards, lifecycle governance, and accountability across regions and service providers.

The candidate will collaborate with Global Process Experts, HR Operations, People Systems, IT, and external partners to drive governance, continuous improvement, and digitalization initiatives within a multinational environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in global HR Transformation, HR Operations, HR Governance or Knowledge/Document Management in multinational settings.
• Experience with governance during transitions, knowledge transfers, system implementations, and organizational change.
• Hands-on experience with HR technologies and service delivery platforms (preferably Workday).

Responsibilities

• Define and govern the global Knowledge & Document Management governance framework across HR stakeholders.
• Set requirements for knowledge lifecycle: creation, approval, publication, review, version control, retention, archiving, retirement.
• Govern HR content standards: policies, SOPs, templates, metadata, and repository structures.
• Provide oversight to ensure alignment with global standards, regulatory requirements, and audits.
• Establish KPIs, controls, and reporting for compliance, content quality, and ownership accountability.
• Collaborate with Global Process Experts, HR Operations, IT, and external providers to drive governance improvements.
