McCormick & Company seeks a Global HR Data Analyst II to lead end-to-end global HR data reporting and mass uploads, ensuring SOX-compliant controls and high data accuracy across multiple countries.

The role focuses on maintaining the SuccessFactors Employee Central hierarchy, collaborating with HR Business Partners, and guiding data governance while mentoring junior team members and driving process improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, IT, Business Admin or related field (or equivalent).
• Experience with global HR data management and OM data.
• Proven ability to manage medium to large HR data reports and mass uploads.

Responsabilités

• Create and deliver medium to complex global HR reports with high data quality.
• Manage high-volume HR data uploads, including ASR loads.
• Support internal and external audits and ensure SOX compliance.
• Maintain global organizational hierarchies in SFEC and SAP HCM.
• Reconcile HR data across systems and resolve data-quality issues.
• Monitor OM data replication and implement preventive improvements.
• Develop validation reports and data governance controls.
• Assist organizational design initiatives and advise stakeholders.
• Participate in data-mapping, configuration, and UAT.
• Support onboarding and development of junior team members.
