Job summary

MAHLE is seeking a senior SAP SuccessFactors specialist to take global responsibility for translating business and talent management requirements into a system-supported performance, potential and succession management process.

You will serve as the expert on SAP SuccessFactors and reporting, defining KPIs and dashboards, and analyzing data for top-management. The role includes leading global projects, conducting trainings, and continuously improving the system and reporting standards.

Qualifications

Deep knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors Performance & Goals, Succession & Development and Reporting (certifications are a plus).
3+ years of professional experience in Talent Management and Reporting within global large-scale organizations.
Experience designing, implementing and managing global Talent management systems, processes and KPIs.

Responsibilities

Translate business and talent management requirements into SAP SuccessFactors driven performance, potential and succession management processes.
Be the subject matter expert in SAP SF and reporting topics for performance, succession and potential management.
Define and create KPIs and dashboards; analyze data for top-management; deliver dashboards and presentations.
Steer training sessions for global target groups and deliver key-user trainings.
Support SAP SF system settings, data privacy compliance, testing and release validation; continuously improve configuration and reporting standards.
