Job summary

Everllence in Poznań is seeking a committed Expeditor to ensure on-time project execution and smooth order fulfilment across international suppliers.

You will monitor delivery dates, coordinate with project managers, and support quality checks, with a chance for EU business trips and onboarding in Germany.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor in Supply Chain or Logistics, experience in expediting or procurement, fluent English and basic Polish.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Supply Chain Management or Logistics or similar preferred.
• Initial experience in expediting, procurement, supply chain, or project-driven business is an advantage.
• Fluent in English and basic Polish language.

Responsibilities

• Monitor delivery dates of complex supplier orders and track schedules.
• Act as main contact for international suppliers and project managers.
• Define measures to meet supplier schedules and monitor deadlines.
