Job summary

Guess Europe Sagl in Katowice is seeking a logistics coordinator for a fixed 6-month term. You will manage proofs of origin in ERP and help implement an IT tool to load and maintain information.

You will review data for deficiencies, coordinate with Sourcing Depts, monitor export documents monthly, allocate international orders, prepare shipments and documents, and keep information confidential. English is required; travel to Switzerland may be needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma.
• 1 year of experience in Logistics, Transportation or Customs brokers.
• Excellent English, written and spoken.
• Strong Excel skills with pivot tables and VLOOKUP/HLOOKUP.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Team attitude and ability to work in a changing environment.
• Willingness to travel (to Guess HQ in Switzerland).

Responsibilities

• Manage the load in the company ERP of proofs of origin for products arriving at Guess DCs.
• Be active part in the implementation of an IT tool to load and maintain information.
• Review data for deficiencies or errors, correct any incompatibilities and check output, liaise with Sourcing Depts to advise of vendor errors and follow up.
• On a monthly basis, monitor all Export Customs Documents not yet cleared and involve CS depts to push customers for the related Import proofs.
• Ensure International Customer orders are allocated effectively, efficiently and timely and prepare shipments and all necessary documents.
• Keep information confidential.
