Job summary

Everllence in Poznań is seeking a committed Expeditor to ensure on-time project execution and smooth order fulfilment across international suppliers.

You will monitor delivery dates, coordinate with project managers, and support quality checks, with a chance for EU business trips and onboarding in Germany.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor in Supply Chain or Logistics, experience in expediting or procurement, fluent English and basic Polish.

To strengthen our Contracts & Commercial Project Management team, we are looking for a committed Expeditor (m/f/d) for our site in Poznan who will play a key role in ensuring reliable and on-time project execution.

We can offer you the following tasks

• Monitoring the delivery dates of complex supplier orders. This includes proactively tracking the agreed schedules, agreeing on how to proceed in the case of any deviations from order specifications and/or obtaining the necessary information from the relevant departments.
• Main contact person for international suppliers and project managers in the context of order fulfilment. Sometimes with on-site visits if the circumstances require it and it supports the success of the project.
• Contributing to and defining all necessary measures to meet supplier schedules within the scope of the specifications. Monitoring the action plans and intervening in the case of deviations from deadlines on the supplier side in critical delivery situations. Raising reminders and penalty payments.
• Requesting, compiling and checking order confirmations, clarifying with specialist departments if necessary. Requesting transfer of ownership declarations, managing incoming goods confirmations, direct dispatch, packing lists and photo documentation. Ensuring the customer-specific packaging required. Planning external pre-shipment inspections if necessary.
• Creating schedule/project overviews. Contact person for project participants for delivery date requests
• Regular reporting on order development in accordance with contracted requirements. Continuous improvement and documentation of logistics processes.

You can help us with these qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Supply Chain Management or Logistics or similar is preferred; however candidates with comparable qualifications and relevant professional experience will also be considered.
• Initial experience in expediting, procurement, supply chain, or project-driven business is an advantage
• Fluent in English language and at least basic in Polish language
• Self-driven and target oriented mindset
• Willingness to work in an intercultural team

Where we need you

Your office will be located in Poznań. As an Expeditor, you will mainly work at a PC workstation. There is a possibility for business trips within the EU. An induction period of will take place in Germany.
