Job summary

Everllence in Gdańsk is seeking an Expeditor to ensure on-time project execution for marine and industrial applications. You will coordinate with international suppliers and project managers, manage order confirmations, and support logistics from planning to delivery.

The role requires English fluency and German/Polish basics, a proactive mindset, and comfort working in an intercultural team within a technical environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Supply Chain Management or Logistics or similar preferred.
• Initial experience in expediting, procurement, supply chain, or project-driven business is an advantage.
• Fluent in English and at least basic in German and Polish languages.

Responsibilities

• Monitor delivery dates of complex supplier orders and track schedules.
• Serve as main contact for international suppliers and project managers, with possible on-site visits.
• Define measures to meet supplier schedules and monitor action plans; raise reminders and penalties when needed.
• Request, compile and check order confirmations; manage transfer of ownership declarations and packing lists.
• Create schedule/project overviews and provide delivery date requests to project participants.
• Prepare regular reports on order development and continuously improve logistics processes.
