Job summary

EPAM Systems in Poland seeks an experienced Event Manager to lead strategic planning, on-site execution, and post-event analysis for both in-person and virtual events. You will ensure seamless logistics, inclusive practices, and impactful stakeholder reporting across regional programs.

You will manage venue selection, travel, production, streaming, and post-event documentation, while building a knowledge base for cross-team collaboration and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in event management across in-person and virtual formats.
• Ability to manage onsite logistics, volunteers, room flow and issue escalation.
• Strong communication from pre-event instructions to post-event follow-up.
• Experience guiding speakers on virtual content creation and best practices.
• Skills to create attendee feedback forms, analyze data, and report to stakeholders.
• Familiar with managing design/video vendors for event documentation and social media.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end event execution across strategic prep, onsite production, and post-event analysis.
• Oversee venue, accommodation, catering, facility management and materials production.
• Implement inclusive practices by enforcing codes of conduct and accessible content.
• Lead virtual production, manage streaming platforms, and moderator workshops.
• Build a regional knowledge hub with templates, supplier data, and best practices.
