CIC is seeking an organized Event Specialist to plan, coordinate, and deliver events from concept to execution. You will ensure a high-quality experience for guests, partners, and stakeholders, combining creativity with strong organizational skills in a fast-paced environment.

• Managing event logistics, schedules, guest lists, and on-site operations.
• Supporting event communication and promotional activities.
• Monitoring budgets, timelines, and project deliverables.
• Ensuring events run smoothly and addressing issues.
• Building strong relationships with clients, partners, and suppliers.
• Preparing post-event reports and analyzing feedback for future improvements.
