Qualifications

Bachelor degrees in Commerce, Economics, or Finance.

German language (B2) proficiency required.

Responsibilities

Coordinate the new employee onboarding process to ensure a seamless integration into the organization.
Manage employee performance evaluations and feedback mechanisms to support continuous improvement.
