Mars is seeking an experienced E-Invoicing Product Owner to shape and scale our global COE and define the strategic direction for our e-invoicing solution. You will bridge enterprise tech with finance and commercial teams, delivering compliant, robust capabilities across O2C, I2P, and R2R processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field; Agile/Product Owner certs desirable.
• 6–8 years as Product Owner/PM in a global enterprise IT environment.
• Experience with global finance, billing, tax compliance, or e-invoicing products.

Responsibilities

• Define and communicate multi-year product vision and agile roadmap for global e-invoicing.
• Lead COE setup and capability build, governance, intake mechanisms, and KPIs.
• Translate business/legal needs into high-impact product features for finance stakeholders.
• Own backlog and drive iterative, compliant delivery with cross-functional teams.
• Maximize adoption and business value through automation, accuracy, and auditability.
