Job summary

Sii Poland is seeking an E-Invoicing Expert to support assessment, design, and implementation of electronic invoicing across multiple countries, ensuring regulatory alignment and smooth business operations.

You will collaborate with finance, tax, and IT stakeholders to translate mandates into practical solutions, focusing on SAP ERP, OCR, and related technologies while driving delivery readiness across EMEA and LATAM markets.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience in e-invoicing compliance and regulatory frameworks.
• Experience with SAP ERP, OCR, EDICOM, and Vertex.
• Knowledge of R2R, O2C, P2P, and Intercompany processes.
• Experience defining mapping across interconnected systems and processes.
• Fluent English communication with international stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Analyze e-invoicing regulations and their impact on operations and technology platforms.
• Define country-specific e-invoicing requirements for the EMEA region and LATAM coverage.
• Research regulatory information from local and international sources.
• Assess dependencies across SAP ERP, OCR, EDICOM, Vertex.
• Develop mapping and integration rules for R2R, O2C, P2P, and Intercompany.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and deliver implementations.
