PerkinElmer is seeking a Senior Invoicing Specialist to optimize global digital transactions. You will oversee orders on platforms like Coupa/Ariba, coordinate with Credit & Collections and Customer Care, and ensure secure, efficient invoicing across regions.

The role emphasizes managing customer-facing cases, improving processes, and supporting onboarding, with a focus on accuracy, compliance, and fraud reduction. A Bachelor’s degree and relevant experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, computer science or related field.
• 2+ years experience in digital payment systems or financial operations.

Responsibilities

• Manage orders through digital platforms from submission to invoicing with cross-functional collaboration.
• Serve as customer-facing case owner end-to-end.
• Support PO/invoicing setup during order creation with order entry teams.
• Monitor invoice submission and ensure timely execution in line with regulations.
• Troubleshoot digital channel order fulfillment and assist onboarding of customers.
• Address customer inquiries and drive root-cause analysis to reduce delays.
• Assist system upgrades or integrations with new platforms and processes.
• Act as escalation point for urgent questions and mentor junior team members.
