Job summary

Mars is establishing a world-class global E-Invoicing COE. The E-Invoicing Product Architect will define foundational architecture, blueprints, and integration roadmaps for the platform, touching O2C, I2P, and R2R processes. You will lead scalable, compliant designs and drive country rollouts.

Ideal candidates have 8+ years in enterprise tech, with 4+ years in architecture or system integration for e-invoicing and tax compliance, plus strong ERP and API experience.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Finance Systems, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 8 years in Enterprise Technology, with at least 4 years in solution architecture or system integration in e-invoicing, digital tax compliance, or EDI domains.
• Track Record: Proven success architecting and delivering global enterprise-scale systems within multinational organizations; COE experience is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Define end-to-end global e-invoicing architecture and integration blueprints across O2C, I2P, and R2R.
• Develop architectural blueprints, data flow diagrams, and integration specifications for the platform.
• Lead technical scoping for regional rollouts and ensure scalable, compliant designs.
