Sii Poland is seeking an E-Invoicing Expert to assess, design, and implement electronic invoicing requirements across multiple countries. You will ensure regulatory compliance, translate demands into practical financial and tax processes, and drive readiness in the technology landscape.

You will collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to map dependencies, support O2C, P2P, and Intercompany processes, and help deliver compliant solutions across EMEA and LATAM markets.

Qualificações

• At least 5 years of experience in e-invoicing compliance and regulatory frameworks.
• Experience with end-to-end e-invoicing ecosystems including SAP ERP, OCR, EDICOM and Vertex.
• Knowledge of R2R, O2C, P2P and Intercompany processes.
• Ability to define and manage cross-system mapping requirements.

Responsabilidades

• Analyze electronic invoicing regulations and their impact on business operations and technology platforms.
• Define country-specific e-invoicing requirements focusing on EMEA and LATAM markets.
• Research regulatory information from reliable sources when not readily available.
• Assess dependencies across the technology stack including SAP ERP, OCR, EDICOM and Vertex.
• Develop mapping and integration rules for R2R, O2C, P2P and Intercompany processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and deliver implementation.
