Job summary

Sii Poland is seeking an experienced E-Invoicing Expert to join a project for an international organization in a highly regulated environment. You will assess, design, and implement electronic invoicing requirements across multiple countries, translating regulatory demands into practical solutions for finance, tax, and transactional processes.

You will collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to drive readiness and execution, focusing on R2R, O2C, P2P, and Intercompany activities.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in e-invoicing compliance and regulatory frameworks.
• Experience with SAP ERP, OCR solutions, EDICOM and Vertex.
• Knowledge of R2R, O2C, P2P and Intercompany processes.

Responsibilities

• Analyze e-invoicing regulations and their impact on business operations and technology.
• Define country-specific e-invoicing requirements for EMEA and LATAM markets.
• Research regulatory information from local and international sources.
• Assess dependencies across SAP ERP, OCR, EDICOM and Vertex.
• Develop mapping and integration rules for core processes (R2R, O2C, P2P, Intercompany).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and execute implementations.
