Job summary

Mars is seeking an experienced S2P Invoice Processing (Non-VIM) SME to shape the global invoice-to-pay landscape. You will design and implement future-fit processes, partnering with international stakeholders, Digital Transformation, Finance Operations, Tax, and Source-to-Pay experts in a highly dynamic, hybrid environment in Warsaw.

The role requires at least 5 years in invoice processing or related finance operations, strong ERP/SAP skills (Ariba, OneSource, VIM), and proven change-management

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Invoice Processing, Accounts Payable, P2P, S2P or related Finance Operations in an international environment.
• Strong understanding of invoice processing tools, standards, controls, and end-to-end processes.
• Exposure to ERP systems (ideally SAP, not necessarily S/4) and connected technologies.

Responsibilities

• Identify key business scenarios across non-VIM invoice processing landscape within Mars network.
• Contribute to design and evolution of global non-VIM invoice processing processes and support workshops.
• Participate in global design sessions, solution reviews, and process validation activities.
• Support design decisions and shape future operating model; contribute to PoCs.
• Ensure documentation is accurate and aligned with designs; support testing.
• Support global/regional deployments and ensure business readiness across markets.
