Job summary

Iron Mountain seeks a Senior Director, International Benefits to lead the global benefits strategy for 60+ countries outside North America. You will drive design, administration, and delivery as a transformational leader within the Total Rewards team.

In this role, you will partner with senior leadership and vendors, ensuring global consistency with local relevance, while managing regulatory compliance and cost optimization across regions.

Qualifications

• Extensive international benefits design and administration across markets outside the United States.
• Strong knowledge of the financial drivers behind international program costs and cost-containment strategies.
• Proven transformational change leadership with complex, matrixed global stakeholders.
• Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Finance, or related certification.

Responsibilities

• Lead the strategic development and execution of a multi-year global benefits framework for 60+ countries.
• Partner with senior leaders, cross-functional teams, and external vendors to engage regional programs across APAC, EMEA, and LATAM.
• Ensure compliance with international regulations while optimizing vendor cost and pricing.
