Job summary

Iron Mountain is seeking an ambitious and analytically strong Benefits Analyst, Financials to join our Global Benefits team. You will manage the financials of benefit programs across international markets, conduct data analysis, reporting, and performance oversight.

You’ll consolidate multi‑country data, build dashboards, forecast costs, and provide concise financial commentary for leadership. The role collaborates with HR, Finance, and broker teams to drive cost transparency and strategic

Qualifications

• 2–5 years in employee benefits, benefits consulting, FP&A, HR analytics, or related data analysis.
• Experience with multi-country data in international or matrixed organizations is preferred.
• Strong Excel/Sheets skills and ability to build dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Consolidate, validate, and analyze financial data across countries and benefit programs.
• Develop repeatable data quality controls to track costs, utilization, and savings.
• Manage financial reporting, budgeting, and variance analyses with clear commentary.
• Support pooling, financing, and governance activities with data-driven insights.
• Collaborate with HR, Finance, and broker teams to streamline reporting processes.
• Build financial models and conduct scenario analyses for renewals and strategic initiatives.
