Iron Mountain is seeking a Sr. Director, International Benefits to lead a multi-country benefits strategy outside North America, shaping design, administration, and delivery for 60+ markets with global consistency and local relevance.

The role requires executive partnership, change leadership, and strong cost management, with oversight of compliance, vendors, and stakeholder relationships across APAC, EMEA, and LATAM.

Qualifications

• Experience designing and managing international benefits programs across markets outside the US.
• Strong grasp of cost drivers and cost-containment levers for global programs.
• Proven ability to lead transformational change and manage executive-level stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead the strategic planning, design, and execution of a global benefits framework for 60+ markets outside North America.
• Collaborate with senior leaders and external vendors to align programs and drive employee engagement across APAC, EMEA, and LATAM.
• Ensure compliance with international regulations, manage vendors, and optimize administrative costs.
