Job summary

Westinghouse Electric Company seeks a Director, Total Rewards – EMEA to align global compensation, health, welfare, and retirement programs with regional needs across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. You will report to the VP, Total Rewards and HR Systems and act as a trusted advisor on strategic Total Rewards matters.

You will drive governance, ensure regulatory compliance, and lead regional implementation and change management for Total Rewards initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; master's degree preferred.
• 12-15+ years in Total Rewards leadership within multinational/EMEA contexts.
• Experience with pension governance, regulatory compliance, and administration.
• Strong vendor management and financial oversight capabilities.
• Ability to translate global frameworks into local market solutions.

Responsibilities

• Align global Total Rewards strategies with regional governance for EMEA.
• Partner with HR country teams and business leaders to execute programs.
• Lead EU/UK pension strategy, governance, and administration.
• Oversee health, welfare and retirement programs across EMEA.
• Manage vendor relationships, negotiations, and compliance.
