Job summary

ERM is seeking an experienced EMEA Rewards Director to lead the total rewards function, shaping pay, bonus, benchmarking and benefits for the region. The role drives strategy with senior leadership and collaborates with global teams to implement programs and governance across several countries.

The ideal candidate has strategic leadership in rewards, strong data skills, and knowledge of Workday; consulting experience is a plus. ERM offers a competitive salary and flexible working options.

Qualifications

• Senior reward experience across multiple countries in EMEA.
• Deep expertise in reward frameworks, processes and plan design.
• Knowledge of reward compliance topics and auditing.
• Strong stakeholder management in a matrixed environment.
• Excellent Excel and data analysis skills.
• Experience with Workday and WTWs Global Grading would be a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage end-to-end annual reward cycle activities including pay reviews and bonus cycles.
• Act as strategic reward partner to EMEA senior leadership, guiding rewards strategy.
• Develop and deliver reward communications and education materials for EMEA.
• Stakeholder management with regional and global stakeholders.
• Collaborate with regional and Group reward peers on global projects and implementations.
• Lead large-scale reward projects (EU pay transparency, job architecture review, benefits transition).
• Lead a small team of reward professionals.
