RemotePass is hiring a Benefits Specialist to own the global benefits experience across our EOR workforce. You will run renewals, scope new plans, and ensure accurate enrolment and administration with brokers, insurers, and partners.

You’ll navigate statutory requirements across markets and advise internal teams on plan choices. The role requires 3+ years in employee benefits or HR operations, strong health insurance knowledge, and experience across multiple countries.

Competenze

• 3+ years in employee benefits or HR operations.
• Strong knowledge of health insurance and related benefits.
• Experience with renewals or new plan implementations.
• Experience reviewing proposals and pricing with brokers/insurers.
• Benefits experience across multiple countries with jurisdictional knowledge.
• Background in EOR/Global mobility or HR tech is a plus.
• Analytical skills to assess pricing and plan structures.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented, able to manage multiple renewals.

Mansioni

• Own benefits renewals and manage renewal calendar.
• Scope and launch new benefit plans per client needs.
• Oversee enrolments, changes, and terminations with payroll and finance.
• Resolve employee and client queries on benefits.
• Manage brokers, insurers, and partners as main point of contact.
• Track market changes and adapt plans accordingly.
• Document and improve global benefits processes.
