Devire is seeking an experienced Global Change Manager to join a large international organization undergoing complex global business and technology transformations. The role emphasizes driving people-side change, stakeholder engagement, and practical change strategies across global markets.

You will collaborate with HR, Finance, IT, and senior leaders to ensure adoption of new processes and tools, with emphasis on Agile environments and cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Several years of experience in Change Management, Organizational Change, Transformation, PMO/PCO, or related roles.
• Proven experience supporting global business or IT transformation programs.
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
• Experience working with senior leaders and international project teams.
• Ability to translate complex organizational challenges into practical solutions.
• Strong communication, facilitation, and training capabilities.
• Experience in Agile environments and fast-changing organizations.
• Experience in Finance, HR, Shared Services, Business Services, or IT transformation environments will be a strong advantage.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute change management strategies for global transformation programs.
• Drive stakeholder engagement and build commitment across multiple business functions.
• Support implementation of enterprise-wide technology and process changes.
• Assess change impacts, adoption risks, and organizational readiness.
• Coordinate communication, training, and user adoption activities across regions.
• Partner with project teams, business leaders, Finance, HR, and IT stakeholders.
• Facilitate workshops and lead change-related discussions with global audiences.
• Support local change communities and promote change management best practices.
• Collaborate with external implementation partners, vendors, and consultants.
• Measure adoption success and continuously improve change management approaches.
• Examples of projects include global HR transformation initiatives, Finance transformation programs, etc.
