Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of professional HR experience, including senior leadership roles
• Experience leading remote and international teams across multiple markets
• Strong knowledge of recruitment, onboarding, and performance management
• Proven ability to build HR processes and policies from the ground up
• Experience with HR policies, compensation, and compliance in diverse jurisdictions
• Fluent English; Spanish is a strong advantage

Responsibilities

• Lead the overall HR strategy and day-to-day HR operations across the company.
• Manage and supervise the HR and recruitment team.
