Job summary

TRANS.EU in Poland is seeking a Customer Experience Consultant who will build lasting client relationships, monitor activity, onboard new users, and help customers derive maximum value from our platform.

You will collaborate with sales, product and IT teams, analyze user needs and behavior, and drive retention through proactive support, while communicating in Polish and English (min. B2).

Qualifications

• Experience in building customer relationships and presenting products.
• Ability to analyze user needs and behaviors.
• Polish and English language skills (min B2).

Responsibilities

• Build long-term relationships and monitor customer activity.
• Onboard and educate customers on the system and services.
• Identify opportunities for cooperation growth and handle daily inquiries.
• Monitor payment deadlines and resolve delays with customers.
• Conduct targeted retention activities and offboarding when appropriate.
• Collaborate with sales, product and IT teams to ensure data quality.
