Cross Border Talents is seeking a Polish native speaker to join the Polish customer experience team for a multinational brand in Athens, Greece. You will communicate with customers via phone, chat, and e-mail, and help protect accounts and passwords.

Qualifications

• Polish native speaker required.
• Familiarity with iOS or macOS is preferred.
• Previous customer support experience is advantageous.
• Strong troubleshooting skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with customers via phone, chat and e-mail.
• Track and follow cases.
• Maintain high customer satisfaction, representing a major brand.
• Assist customers to manage their accounts and passwords.
• Set up repairs for hardware-related issues.
• Escalate unresolved cases to 2nd level support Experts.
