Job summary

Customs Support Group B.V. is seeking a skilled customs specialist to ensure compliant, efficient export operations, including preparation and verification of declarations in line with EU customs and tax rules.

You will coordinate with customers, authorities and internal teams to manage international goods movement and ensure transparent customs clearance. Strong documentation and accuracy are essential across all clearance activities in German and English.

Qualifications

• Experience in preparing and reviewing customs declarations.
• Knowledge of EU customs regulations and import/export procedures.
• Ability to communicate with authorities and customers clearly and professionally.

Responsibilities

• Prepare export declarations for EU exports (ATLAS).
• Prepare all required customs declarations and documents in compliance with regulations.
• Execute formal customs procedures for exports and file appropriate paperwork.
