NOV in Gdansk is seeking a Junior Customs Specialist to join our expanding Customs team. You will manage customs declarations across airfreight, sea freight, and road freight, ensuring accuracy and timely submission of documents to prevent delays.

The role requires a logistics background, strong English skills, and a proactive approach to navigate regulations. You will collaborate with brokers and internal teams to support smooth international trade operations.

Qualifications

• Degree in Logistics or a related field.
• First professional experience or internship in logistics is a plus.
• Excellent English communication.
• Computer literacy and familiarity with standard software.
• Strong interpersonal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Navigate the exciting world of international trade documentation
• Become a documentation wizard, crafting precise customs LOI with due diligence
• Decode the intricate language of tariff frameworks and customs regulations
• Prepare import and export letters of instructions for brokers
• Be the communication bridge between internal business units
• Develop sharp problem-solving skills by tracking and resolving shipping challenges
