Job summary

Arrow Enterprise Computing Solutions in Gdańsk is seeking a Customer Service Representative to manage the end-to-end order-to-invoice process and build strong relationships with customers in a fast-paced international setting.

The role is hybrid, with three days per week in the Gdańsk office and standard Monday–Friday hours. You will collaborate with Sales, Logistics, and Supply Chain while ensuring accuracy and proactive communication.

Qualifications

• English level at least B2/C1, both written and spoken.
• Experience in Customer Service, Order Management or Sales Support.
• ERP experience (Oracle, SAP or similar) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support customers and internal stakeholders through the order lifecycle.
• Manage the end-to-end order-to-invoice process.
• Communicate with customers and suppliers by email and phone.
• Provide after-sales support to business customers.
• Drive on-time delivery and maintain order accuracy.
• Collaborate with Sales, Logistics and other teams.
