Job summary

Arrow Electronics is seeking a Customer Service Representative for Global Supply Chain Services in a hybrid role based in Gdańsk, Poland. You will serve as the primary contact for international customers, manage Order-to-Invoice processes and drive process improvements with AI-enabled tools.

You will collaborate with Service Centers across Sweden, China, Hungary, Mexico and Poland, ensuring timely deliveries and high-quality service. English fluency and a proactive mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of solid experience in customer service, order management, supply chain operations or a similar role.
• Interest in AI, automation and emerging technologies, with hands-on experience using AI-powered tools such as Claude or similar solutions being a strong plus.
• Continuous-improvement mindset and curiosity about how technology can streamline processes and improve the customer experience.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including fluency in English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to process improvement and automation initiatives, exploring how AI and digital tools can help simplify workflows and increase operational efficiency.
• Serve as the main point of contact for customers, managing daily communication via email and internal tools.
• Take ownership of the Order-to-Invoice process, including order entry and customer backlog maintenance.
• Monitor and track customer orders to ensure timely and accurate delivery.
• Coordinate with different internal teams to resolve issues quickly and effectively.
• Proactively manage customer expectations by providing updates, handling escalations and addressing concerns.
• Manage customer supply shortages.
• Resolve shipment and invoice discrepancies.
• Create and distribute defined reports to customers on a regular basis.
• Collaborate with internal teams to optimize service performance and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Analyze order patterns and customer feedback to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Maintain accurate system data and customer profiles.
