Job summary

LAPP Business Services is seeking a proactive professional to support the Global & EMEA Contract Management Team in the contract lifecycle. You will coordinate stakeholders, drive dashboard reporting, and help implement CLM processes and data quality standards.

You will work with a global team, leveraging MS 365 tools, and contribute to process optimization and AI-driven initiatives. Hybrid work model and growth opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• Experience in business operations, project coordination, shared services, contract management, or a similar function.
• Excellent English skills (written and spoken).
• German language skills are desirable for coordinating with German-speaking stakeholders.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management in an international environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 apps (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint).
• Experience with CLM, CRM or similar systems is advantageous.
• Interest in AI, digitalization, automation and modern workplace tech.
• Strong affinity for systems, data and process improvement.
• Analytical mindset with a proactive, solution-oriented approach.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with high accuracy.
• Team player with hands-on attitude and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Support the Global & EMEA Contract Management Team throughout the contract lifecycle.
• Coordinate stakeholders, manage workflows and ensure transparency.
• Assist in CLM process implementation, administration and data quality.
• Maintain dashboards, reports and management updates.
• Prepare presentations and status updates for internal stakeholders.
• Facilitate stakeholder coordination across functions and projects.
• Contribute to process optimization and AI-driven initiatives.
• Ensure high-quality contract documentation and data governance.
