Job summary

LAPP is seeking a Contract Manager in Poland to review, negotiate and manage customer contracts, including NDAs and framework agreements, in an international business environment. You will identify risks, provide practical recommendations, and support CLM processes across regions.

Qualifications

• University degree in Law (LL.B., LL.M. or equivalent).
• Experience in contract management, commercial law or legal operations.
• Experience reviewing and negotiating international contracts.
• Excellent English skills (written and spoken).
• German language skills are desirable for coordination with German-speaking stakeholders.
• Strong communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications; CLM systems is an advantage.
• Interest in AI, digitalization, automation and process improvement.
• Proactive, solution-oriented and able to work independently.
• Team player with a hands-on attitude and willingness to continuously learn and develop.

Responsibilities

• Review, draft and negotiate customer contracts, including NDAs, framework agreements and other commercial contracts.
• Identify contractual, legal and commercial risks and provide practical business-oriented recommendations.
• Support global and regional contract negotiations and facilitate the resolution of contract-related matters.
• Track and manage contract-related issues, deadlines and milestones throughout the contract lifecycle.
• Support the development and continuous improvement of contract templates, playbooks and clause libraries.
• Contribute to the implementation and further development of Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) processes and systems.
• Prepare contract summaries, risk assessments and decision-support materials for stakeholders and management.
• Facilitate effective stakeholder coordination and support efficient contract-related workflows and projects.
• Contribute to process optimization, digitalization and AI-driven initiatives within the contract management function.
