Zusammenfassung

LAPP Group in Wroclaw, Poland, seeks a Contract Manager to draft and negotiate customer contracts, including NDAs and framework agreements, ensuring compliance and risk mitigation. You will identify contractual and commercial risks, support international negotiations and manage contract milestones.

You will contribute to templates, CLM processes and stakeholder coordination, with English required and German desirable. Hybrid work and a family‑owned global leader environment await.

Qualifikationen

• law degree (LL.B., LL.M. or equivalent)
• experience in contract management, commercial law or similar roles
• experience reviewing and negotiating contracts in international business environments
• excellent English (written and spoken)
• good German language skills desirable for coordinating with German-speaking stakeholders
• strong communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills
• proficiency in Microsoft 365; CLM systems a plus
• interest in AI, digitalization, automation and process improvement
• proactive, solution-oriented and able to work independently
• team player with a hands-on attitude and willingness to learn and develop

• Review, draft and negotiate customer contracts, including NDAs, framework agreements and other commercial contracts.
• Identify contractual, legal and commercial risks and provide practical business-oriented recommendations.
• Support global and regional contract negotiations and facilitate the resolution of contract-related matters.
• Track and manage contract-related issues, deadlines and milestones throughout the contract lifecycle.
• Support the development and continuous improvement of contract templates, playbooks and clause libraries.
• Contribute to the implementation and further development of Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) processes and systems.
• Prepare contract summaries, risk assessments and decision-support materials for stakeholders and management.
• Facilitate effective stakeholder coordination and support efficient contract-related workflows and projects.
• Contribute to process optimization, digitalization and AI-driven initiatives within the contract management function.

Your tasks

Your profile

• University degree in Law (LL.B., LL.M. or equivalent legal qualification).
• Relevant experience in contract management, commercial law, legal operations or a comparable role.
• Experience reviewing and negotiating commercial contracts in an international business environment.
• Excellent English skills (written and spoken).
• Good German language skills are highly desirable, as the role involves regular coordination and communication with German‑speaking stakeholders.
• Strong communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
• Business‑oriented mindset with the ability to balance legal and commercial considerations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications; experience with CLM systems is an advantage.
• Interest in AI, digitalization, automation and process improvement.
• Proactive, solution‑oriented and able to work independently.
• Team player with a hands‑on attitude and willingness to continuously learn and develop.
