Job summary

Aptean is seeking a Compensation Specialist to join our global rewards team in Wroclaw, Poland on a 6-month fixed-term contract. The role focuses on administering Aptean's compensation framework, developing base pay ranges, and delivering equity- and incentive-based rewards in line with policy.

You will map roles, analyze market data, maintain HRIS records, and prepare remuneration reports to support quarterly and annual reward activities. Strong Excel skills and confidentiality are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, finance, mathematics, statistics or related field.
• Relevant professional experience in compensation, reward, HR analytics, benefits or a related HR discipline.
• Compensation knowledge covering principles, job architecture, salary benchmarking, internal equity, pay processes and HRIS expertise.
• Strong Excel knowledge including lookup functions, pivot tables and formulas for data analysis and presentation.

Responsibilities

• Map new and changing roles to the appropriate job framework and job levels.
• Develop and maintain base pay ranges using market data and internal equity considerations.
• Analyse salary survey data and prepare compensation reports and recommendations.
• Review and maintain compensation master data and HRIS records for accuracy.
• Support calculation and administration of quarterly and annual incentive payments and equity-based awards.
