Responsibilities

• Support compensation reporting and analytics across EMEA.
• Assist with pay transparency and compliance initiatives.
• Participate in salary surveys and market pricing activities.
• Support job evaluations and compensation review cycles.
• Help maintain accurate compensation data and reporting.
