Qualifications

• 6-8 years of compensation design, analysis and governance experience in a global org.
• Strong analytics with Excel/PowerPoint and data storytelling skills.
• Experience communicating with executive leadership.

Responsibilities

• Act as trusted advisor to senior leadership on compensation strategy and market competitiveness.
• Collaborate with executives, partners, and HR teams to align data usage with goals.
• Co-lead annual pay planning, market analysis and cross-country projects.
• Educate leaders on compensation philosophy, policies and compliance.
• Support base pay, incentives and equity programs globally.
