Veo Worldwide Services in Katowice is seeking a Commercial Team Leader to guide a 5-7 person international trade team and drive performance in a fast-paced, multinational setting.

The role requires leadership, coaching, and a results-driven mindset with English (B2+) and native Polish proficiency, plus a bachelor’s degree. The position is on-site in Katowice with international travel and a competitive compensation package.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Leadership experience (at least 6 months).
• Fluent in English and native Polish.
• Willingness to travel internationally.
• Experience leading a team of 5-7.
