Job summary

SMOOTHH® is seeking an experienced Export Sales Manager to drive growth in international markets from Kielce, Poland. You will lead B2B export efforts, identify opportunities, and build long-term relationships with distributors, retailers, and partners.

The role requires hands-on execution, strategic thinking, and the ability to operate with autonomy, while working closely with the Management Board. Regular international travel is expected.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in export and B2B sales.
• Experience opening and developing international markets.
• Fluent in English, able to communicate in an international business environment.

Responsibilities

• Drive B2B export sales growth across international markets.
• Develop existing markets and actively acquire new customers.
• Identify new opportunities and recommend expansion strategies.
• Co-create and implement the export growth strategy.
• Analyze market potential, competitors, and industry trends.
• Lead commercial negotiations and build long-term relationships with international partners.
• Manage and develop a small export sales team.
• Collaborate with the Management Board on key business decisions.
• Conduct regular visits to international customers and partners.
