Job summary

VEO Worldwide Services in Katowice, Poland, seeks a Commercial Team Manager to lead our acquisition team and shape commercial strategy. You’ll drive performance with a hands-on, people-centered approach in a fast-paced, international environment.

You’ll manage a 4–5 buyer team, coach and develop members, track KPIs, report to senior management, and collaborate with cross-functional partners to deliver results across 9 countries.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support a team of 4–5 buyers, driving commercial performance.
• Manage daily operations and acquisition activities with a hands-on, strategic approach.
• Coach, evaluate, and develop team members to reach their full potential.
• Track KPIs and results, analyze performance, and report to senior management.
• Shape strategy and propose action plans to achieve objectives and exceed targets.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with buying, marketing, and commercial teams to deliver results.
