Job summary

NN Poland is seeking an AI Enablement Lead to translate AI ambition into measurable business value. You will shape the Data & AI strategy, lead the AI Enablement Team and manage an organisation-wide portfolio of AI initiatives to scale responsible AI solutions.

The role requires 5–8 years in data/AI with at least 3 years in leadership, strong AI/ML know-how, and fluency in Polish and English. Hybrid work in Warsaw with opportunities for internal mobility and ongoing development.

Qualifications

5–8 years of data/AI/tech or digital transformation experience with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
Experience leading cross-functional AI or Data & AI initiatives and aligning stakeholders around priorities.
Knowledge of practical AI/ML, generative AI, architecture, cloud and data platforms, and MLOps/LLMOps.

Responsibilities

Co-create and operationalise NN Poland's Data & AI strategy, roadmap and operating model.
Lead the AI Enablement Team, set delivery priorities and allocate resources.
Manage budget and propose investments to maximise value and cost efficiency.
Define reusable AI/ML architecture, standards and governance with IT, Security, Risk, Compliance and Data Governance.
Evaluate AI opportunities, assessing value, feasibility, cost, risk and alignment.
Drive AI incubation, PoC/PoV delivery and adoption across the business.
Collaborate with NN Group and international Data & AI communities.
