Job summary

NIQ is seeking a Lead TA Partner to shape and deliver our global hiring strategy from the Poland (Inflancka) office. You will act as a trusted advisor to WEST EU leadership, influence stakeholders, and lead end-to-end recruitment across key business areas, with a strong focus on AI-enabled talent markets.

The role requires 5+ years in recruitment, deep market knowledge, and the ability to design innovative sourcing strategies, build pipelines, and drive a fast, high-quality candidate experience

Qualifications

• 5+ years of recruitment experience across multiple markets
• Experience hiring for technology/AI roles
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive decisions
• Knowledge of predictive analytics and market dynamics
• Advanced sourcing using AI and data insights
• Strong commercial mindset and adaptability

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruitment strategy with full delivery ownership
• Partner with senior leaders and HRBP with market intelligence
• Design and execute AI-enabled sourcing channels
• Consult on role design, calibration, and talent strategy
• Provide updates and collect feedback for continuous improvement
• Drive fast, high-quality, candidate-friendly processes
• Analyze ATS data and present actionable insights
• Build pipelines for AI and digital skillsets
• Use data to inform decisions and influence hiring strategies
• Contribute to TA transformation and employer-brand elevation
