Job summary

Edge Recruitment partners with a leading travel technology platform in Central & Eastern Europe to hire an AI Enablement Lead. This role sits at the intersection of software engineering, AI, and organizational transformation, responsible for introducing, integrating, and scaling AI capabilities across the company.

You will build AI workflows, define engineering standards, and develop training materials while collaborating with Engineering, Security, IT, and Legal to ensure secure governance.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Software Engineering experience.
• Strong software development fundamentals.
• Experience integrating APIs, authentication, webhooks, and modern development workflows.
• Solid Git-based development process knowledge.
• Understanding of security, privacy, and data governance principles.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise AI tool integration with secure operation.
• Build AI workflows by integrating LLM-based solutions with internal systems.
• Drive company-wide AI adoption with a structured rollout.
• Design AI enablement programs and training materials.
• Define engineering standards for AI usage and documentation.
• Create AI Champions network to promote adoption.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Security, IT, and Legal for governance.
• Prototype new AI solutions and measure impact.
• Create reusable assets and self-service learning resources.
• Occasional travel for workshops.
