Job summary

Trident BMC in Gdansk is seeking an experienced AI Solutions & Implementation Manager to lead the development and deployment of practical AI and automation solutions across our international operations. You will identify high-impact use cases, translate requirements into scalable AI capabilities, and guide adoption from prototype to production.

The role requires hands-on experience with AI agents, LLMs, RAG, and workflow automation, plus proficiency with OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, and strong API

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of AI, technology, or digital transformation experience.
• Proven experience implementing AI solutions in a business environment.
• Hands-on with AI agents, LLMs, RAG, and workflow automation.
• Experience with OpenAI platforms and enterprise integration.
• Very good English.

Responsibilities

Requirements

• Proven experience implementing AI solutions in a business environment
• Hands-on experience with AI agents, LLMs, RAG, prompt engineering and workflow automation
• Experience with OpenAI / ChatGPT, Azure OpenAI, Microsoft Copilot Studio or comparable platforms
• Experience with Power Automate, APIs and enterprise system integration
• Strong business process analysis, solution design and project/stakeholder management skills
• Understanding of AI governance, data security and GDPR
• Experience in marine, offshore, shipbuilding, engineering, energy or other project-based industries is an advantage
• Very good English
