Job summary

Capco Poland in Warsaw is seeking an Engagement Manager within our AI Delivery Team to own the successful delivery of a strategic banking innovation project. You will unite business, technology and senior stakeholders to turn ambitious ideas into structured, executable outcomes.

The Role

As an Engagement Manager within our AI Delivery Team, you will take overall accountability for the successful delivery of a strategic banking innovation project. You will bring together business, technology and senior stakeholders to turn ambitious ideas into structured, executable outcomes.

You will establish effective governance, shape the use-case methodology and operating model, manage key decisions and maintain a clear delivery roadmap. Working at the intersection of banking, technology and AI, you will help ensure AI-enabled solutions are delivered responsibly, with appropriate human judgement, governance, review and escalation built into the approach.

This is a highly visible role requiring strong delivery leadership, structured thinking and the ability to translate complex programmes into clear recommendations and compelling management-level communications.

What You’ll Do

• Take overall accountability for project delivery, establishing clear governance, delivery disciplines, milestones and ownership across the engagement.
• Lead senior stakeholder engagement and decision management, translating complex topics into clear recommendations and using approved AI-enabled workflows where appropriate to improve insight, quality and delivery speed.
• Define and embed a structured methodology for identifying, assessing, prioritising and progressing AI use cases from opportunity through to implementation.
• Shape the target operating model and delivery roadmap, ensuring business, technology, governance and organisational considerations are aligned.
• Develop high-quality management presentations that communicate progress, decisions, risks, dependencies and recommendations to senior client stakeholders.

What We’re Looking For

• Strong experience leading complex transformation, innovation or technology-enabled programmes within banking or financial services.
• Demonstrated experience taking end-to-end accountability for delivery, governance, stakeholder management, roadmaps and senior-level decision-making.
• Demonstrated experience delivering AI-related initiatives, such as AI transformation, Generative AI, Agentic AI or other AI-enabled solutions, preferably within banking or another regulated financial-services environment.
• Ability to structure ambiguous business challenges, develop practical operating models and turn strategic objectives into executable delivery plans.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage senior stakeholders and create concise, decision-oriented management materials.
• Practical understanding of responsible AI delivery, including the importance of human-in-the-loop judgement, appropriate guardrails, review, auditability and escalation pathways.

Bonus Points For

• Experience developing and applying use-case identification, assessment and prioritisation methodologies.
• Knowledge of AI governance, responsible AI principles, risk management or regulatory considerations relevant to financial services.
• Experience designing operating models for innovation, AI or emerging-technology capabilities.
• Curiosity and confidence in experimenting with approved AI tools and automation to improve productivity, insight and delivery quality while maintaining appropriate human oversight.
