Job summary

Strada is seeking an experienced Germany Payroll Senior Specialist - SAP Payroll to support clients with payroll delivery, implementations, and continuous improvement. The role emphasizes accuracy, compliance, and collaboration across global teams while working remotely from Poland.

Ideal candidates will have 5–8 years in payroll administration, strong MS Office skills, and experience with SAP Payroll, Workday, or PeopleSoft.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of payroll inputs/outputs and compliance

Responsibilities

• Support client engagement and ensure timely, accurate information
• Assist in go-lives and implementations with automation and standards
• Lead projects to improve customer satisfaction and performance
• Provide daily functional support for payroll delivery
• Maintain the Country Solution workbook and keep legislative roadmap up to date
• Upskill team members through training and coaching
